Position:  Sr. Citrix admin

Location:  Jacksonville, FL

Duration:  12 months (Extension possible)

Experience: 10+ years mandatory

               

JD

·         Experience on XenApp6.5 and XenDesktop 7 is MUST.

·         Experience in Storefront, AppSense, AppDNA skills is MUST.

·         Upgrade, migration & strong troubleshooting experience is MUST.

·         Should have worked on any other previous versions like Citrix Presentation servers.

·         This is necessary for migration.

·         Good Hands-on knowledge on Citrix XenApp 5.0, 6.5 and Citrix XenDesktop (VDI) 5.6, 7.0 Administration.

·         In-depth Knowledge in Citrix Architecture for both Citrix XenApp 5.0, 6.5 and Citrix XenDesktop (VDI) 5.6, 7.0 Administration, Expertise  in Backup and Restoration , Good experience in Data center technologies.

·         Experience/Understanding SAN and backup technologies. 

·         Migration of Citrix from old version to new version is a must.

·         Perform Citrix Server system administration activities involving install, update, configure and maintain servers

·         Manage Citrix Xenapps Server

·         Managing, and troubleshooting multiple large Citrix farms in an Enterprise environment.

·         Provisioning Services Server (PVS), Desktop Deliver Controller(DDC), Citrix Access Gateway

·         Good working knowledge in Configuration, management of Citrix Edge sight

·         Design and Implementation of Citrix Access Gateway.

·         Design, develop, maintain architecture, Migration and implementation of Citrix XenApp 6.5 and XenDesktop5.6  PVS and MCS environments in VMware 5.0 as hypervisor.

·         Application Delivery using XenApp

·         Desktop Delivery using XenDesktop

·         Implement and configure Citrix software, upgrades and patches. Oversee Citrix implementation, server administration, security, load balancing, application packaging/deployment, performance tuning, and overall day-to-day operations.

·         Enable desktop delivery to Tablets and Smart Phones

·         Design & implement backup/restore policies
