MUST HAVE: 
·         3+ years experience with developing database driven web-based applications 
·         3+ years experience with developing database driven applications in a Microsoft Visual Studio.Net environment with C# 
·         1+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server through version 2008 
·         3+ years experience with object-oriented development techniques 
·         1+ years experience with 3-tiered logical/physical architected applications 
·         1+ years experience working with users to gather and document business requirements 
·         Ability to communicate effectively(verbally and in writing) with technical and user staff 

NICE TO HAVE: 
·         3+ years experience with Oracle 
·         1+ years experience with Project Management and MS Project 
·         1+ year experience with automated unit testing 
·         Familiarity with Florida DFS security and information technology related procedures
