· Experience doing production support
Roles & Responsibilities
· Majorly production support and minor development and enhancements (optionally) that includes
· Acknowledge tickets and sending communication as per SLAs
· Working and resolving with SLAs defined
· Managing major incidents and outages
· Preparing weekly status reports and SLA reports
· Providing oncall support for critical tickets during non-business hours
