JD for Java is as follows:

1. 7-8yrs of Solid experience in Java (Java Object Oriented Concepts, Synchronization, Garbage Collection, Collection API) [REQUIRED]

2. Extensive experience in J2EE

a.) Servlets/JSP [REQUIRED] (Experience in Web frameworks Struts, Spring MVC, JSF is a plus but not required)

b.) EJB, MDB, JMS [REQUIRED]

c.) Java Persistence - JDBC /SQL [REQUIRED] (JPA/Hibernate is a plus)

d.) Web Services (REST/SOAP, JSON, JAX-RS, JAX-WS)

e.) Web (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)

3. Hands-on coding (Java/JavaScript) using Eclipse IDE/Maven

5. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

6. Certification is DESIRED not must.

a.) Oracle Certified Java Programmer/Sun Certified Java Programmer

b.) Oracle Certified Professional, Web Component Developer

c.) Oracle Certified Professional, Java Business Component Developer
