Duties & Responsibilites :	It is mandatory for all the vendors to provide the details below while sharing the resume Consultant Name: Current Location: Phone: Email: Work Authorization : Rate: Lead Program Analyst - Required: .NET, C#, SQL queries writing, and Fax over IP (Net Satisfaxtion) - Java, HTML, SOAP API are relevant experience - Experience in testing and documentation - Candidate does not need background in developing but analyzing apps, modifying codes, and become a subject matter expert. - Candidate should be able to work indepedently - Project management experience is a plus but not required REQUIRED SKILLS: SQL,C#, FOIP (Fax over IP)
