-Client is looking for an electronics correspondence developer
-This role will focus mostly on the developing and maintaining the printing, mailing and all forms of electronic correspondence at our client.
-If this is the role for you, then you pay attention to detail, are flexible and take great pride in your work. You are also a well-rounded developer who knows how to create robust high-volume production applications, and can also develop prototypes quickly.
-The work is challenging, creative, fast paced and intellectually stimulating. As a team member on one of our newest teams, you will be challenged to work outside of your role and work with others who have a strong passion for what they do.
-Our talented team is made up of individuals with a wide range of backgrounds who focus on electronic correspondence, print and mail, communications, graphic design and some who do a little bit of everything.
REQUIRED SKILLS:HP Exstream development experience Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in multiple platforms
-Participates in system development planning and monitoring; enhances existing systems; actively participates in structured walkthroughs and technical reviews.
-Provides technical direction and coaching to developers in application development activities.
-Provides creative solutions to moderately complex, cross platform technical problems, partnering with customers to establish requirement and closing the gaps identified in the project.
-Provides onsite and offsite support for the processing cycles of production systems.
-Must meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of their departments.
-Must work well in a team environment, and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customers. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- A developer with exceptional programming skills, ability to learn fast and willing to take on work outside of current role
- Enthusiasm for working with Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban/TDD/XP/...) in a team environment
- Ability to collaborate with technology and business in ambiguous situations, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Education and Training:
Bachelors Degree is required in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience Required:
4+ years experience in print program development
Experience with analysis, document design, scripting, testing and electronic document delivery
2 years development experience with HP Exstream. |
