Keys to this role: PM who has managed multiple brands within ecommerce projects for retail client.
We are looking at a Digital eCommerce Program/Project Manager profile with the below job description. The person would need to have strong brand facing skills as well the ability to work with IT stakeholders in Europe and China. From a technology perspective, we are looking at experience with eCommerce platforms and technologies. Demandware exposure is a plus.
Responsibilities:
· Program & projects governance and delivery
· Communicate and enforce the best practices / methodology of Program & Project management, including quality control
· Identify and manage dependencies and risks to project schedule, scope, budgeting
· Coordinate stakeholders demand in partnership with divisional digital teams (Brand Flagships, Hubs)
· Manage the solution development and delivery with external IT partners, continuously identifying areas of improvement and ensuring consistent professional services delivery across technologies, geographies and Divisions/Brands
· Coordinate solution delivery with zone/local IT
· Communicate project vision to cross-functional teams
· Acquire/keep deep understanding of Brand needs and of Flagship site capabilities
