Job description:
Lead Program Analyst
· Required: .NET, C#, SQL queries writing, and Fax over IP (Net Satisfaxtion)
· Java, HTML, SOAP API are relevant experience
· Experience in testing and documentation
· Candidate does not need background in developing but analyzing apps, modifying codes, and become a subject matter expert.
· Candidate should be able to work indepedently
· Project management experience is a plus but not required

Length: 9m+ contract (till the end of this year) with high potential to go permanent
Location: Columbia MD.
