MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED:

·          84 months Demonstrated experience creating formal Technical Architecture documentation based on system requirements.

·          84 months Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 or higher to develop complex applications in C# and/or Visual Basic .NET for n-tier web deployment.

·          84 Months Demonstrated experience interpreting and analyzing complex business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements.

·          84 Months Demonstrated experience developing financial applications for a complex health related agency.

·          20 months Demonstrated experience working on a health care application that supports Health Homes billing/tracking

·          36 months Demonstrated experience with applications involving data covered under HIPAA.
