Job Description:

·        PHP5 development experience including Architecture and leading a team

·        Experience of object oriented programming / modular programming (essential)

·        Understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks (essential)

·        Full cycle framework development and web-service application development

·        Code/program from scratch experience

·        Test Driven Development approach with PHPUnit or similar test frameworks

·        Web Services &ndash API expertise (e.g. REST, SOAP and others)

·        Good levels of communication. Both written and verbal

·        Enthusiasm and an interest in all things technology

·        Understanding of MySQL distributed architecture

·        Understanding of MySQL sharding
