Technical/Functional Skills	Unix, Oracle, Perl CGI - HTML (to develop dashboards) Batch Management knowledge - Implement batch flows. Knowledge of schedulers (UC4/Automic - good to have) Experience in Murex (good to have) Reinsurance & Financial Markets knowledge is good to have
Experience Required	Incident Management, Problem Management, Change management ITIL certified
Roles & Responsibilities	Responsible for Implementing Batch flows Responsible for  Incident, problem, change management Developing dashboards Should be proactive, capable of taking end to end responsibility of the work assigned Good communication skills. Should be capable of involving in customer communications and management reporting.
