| Roles & Responsibilities | Provides the following system development functions - analysis and design, software development (including coding, testing, documentation, and implementation) 1) Responsible for project management of assigned tasks and provide guidance to other programmer/analysts. 2) Provides database management functions, and responsible for data integrity of all the relevant databases. 3) Provide "end-user" support as necessary. Communicate effectively with the end users to understand issues or to take new requests. 4) Provide additional support functions in terms of monitoring critical application processes, schedule processes, and user processes. Respond to critical alerts in a timely manner. 5) Provide on-call support functions as needed. Liaison to third party vendors of responsible applications. Primary on-call required every third weekend. 6) Provide mentoring, leadership of other developers and support staff. |
