Duration: 10 months contract
Job Description
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on Sales force enhancement/configuration work, spanning all key features and functionality; demonstrated success in end to end release management (concept proposed solution configuration testing/QA implementation training)
· Experience in QA processes; setting up, documenting and executing test scenarios; troubleshooting and resolving issues
· Proficiency in using Data Loader processes and understanding system data management
· Expert Reporting and Dashboard building skills
· Strong relationship building and collaboration skills with team and customers; ability to translate business needs into clear requirements that drive solutions
· Self-starter, can explore, learn and work independently
· Ability to create training guides, provide customer training on functionality, as
· Salesforce.com Administrator Certification required
· Excellent verbal communication and writing skills a must
