Role : Production Support Analyst
Location : Malvern, PA 19355
Duration : Long Term
In this role, you will be responsible to:
• Support operations, projects, and capability improvement for the entire service lifecycle, including the key functions of:
o Incident Management
o Problem Management
o Event Management
o Risk Management
o Change Management
o Knowledge Management
• Monitor the application performance and provide technical support as required
Ability to learn new products and technologies outside of background experience
Required:
• Strong proven experience with Windows Server, Linux, and/or UNIX
Database (Windows SQL) & SQL experience is a Plus
