· 2+ years of experience with Kentico (or other CMS like SiteCore for example)
· 3-5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-class solutions
· Proficiency in most or all of the following methodologies and practices: Design Patterns, Component-Based Design, Test-Driven Development, Refactoring, and Service-Oriented Architecture
· Strong background in component, application, framework and database design and development
· Proficiency in release management and use of source control systems like GIT
