Position: PeopleSoft ELM Functional

Location: Melville, NY

Job Description:

•             Peoplesoft ELM Functional Lead – At least 5 years PeopleSoft ELM Functional Lead implementation experience.

•             Individual must have a proven record as a functional lead to give vision to solving the client PeopleSoft issues, map out steps to solve client's issues, be able to create documentation that clearly explains your plan to solving problems, execute the plan within PeopleSoft, and organize necessary client and consulting team members to assist with the implementation plan.

•             Must be able to work independently to manage own work load and give status to management frequently to ensure progress.

•             Must be able to lead the creation of project deliverables and walk through client personnel to understand the solution.

•             Must be able to meet deadlines and quick turn-around of project deliverables for client review and sign off

•             Implemented PeopleSoft ELM 9.2

•             Knowledge of ELM table populated from standard HCM interface (integration broker)

•             Designed a solution to support learners from other sources (not PeopleSoft HCM)
