Position Title: Automation Practice Lead
Location: Malvern, PA

Contract Position

NO OPT and required H1B with Submission

 

As the Shift Left practices gains wider adoptions, Client is seeking high potential candidate to lead and define the common process and tools/technology that they can leverage across IT. By providing these best practices, we can enable team's productivity and ensure we have consistent vision when it comes to software quality. In this role candidate will carry out IT wide initiatives such as formal training, brown bag sessions, DOJO sessions, forums etc to engage the IT community and share TDD and automation best practices.
- Lead in creating the new process and a communication plan to support the implementation and adoption of the new process.
- Coordinates training plans for the required training to adopt Shift Left.
- Assess the challenges and address any impediments with adopting Shift Left.
- Provide software process engineering service including developing and writing IT Project standards, process, procedures etc. Assist and mentors intermediate level engineers with these services
- Use a variety of information gathering techniques to gather requirements
- Draft and develop detailed IT project process flows inluding timelines and cost
Qualifications
- 5 years exp in software process engineering, business processign reengineering
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of mutual funds industry
- Knolwedge of multiple IT platforms
- Advanced knowledge of tetsting and evalauation vendor products, QA Methodology and inspections, SDLC knowledge , technical standards and deliverables
