Experience
8+ years minimum testing experience shared in four major areas. The details are:
Automation
3+ years as an automation lead with knowledge of test automation concepts, awareness of the common tools used for test automation, and experience in determining and documenting the test automation opportunities on a project within a strategy.
Test Data
3+ years direct experience managing test data challenges for a large project. This experience is to include identifying and implementing process to manage the following: provisioning and tracking test data, identifying and resolving test data needs, addressing test data collisions and conflicts, and overall management of test data for a large project.
Test Environment
3+ years' experience with test environments. This includes identifying the test environment needs of a project, identifying how to secure those test environments, manage challenges and conflicts with test environments, and providing advice on resolution of test environment challenges.
Test Management
5+ years test management experience
Demonstrate a working knowledge of Rational Quality Manager (RQM) and Ration ClearQuest (CQ) or equivalent.
Demonstrate the ability to create test strategies
Experience managing multiple teams and multiple deliverables
Additional Attributes
Healthcare systems knowledge (Experience membership enrollments & claims) – Import to have
Multi-systems experience
Experience developing end-to-end test strategies across complex systems
