· 60 months experience with a large Government Taxation organization, which includes business knowledge, technical design, development, maintenance and end user support of complex Tax Return processing.
· 48 months of IBM DB2 experience working with large databases and experience with XML schemas (definition and automated generation).
· 48 months of system analysis and design experience for multi-tiered transactional systems.
· 48 months of experience writing technical design specification documents for multifaceted component based systems.
· 48 months of IBM MQSeries experience.
