Position: Sitecore Architect

Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 weeks = initial assessment & long term project to follow

We are hiring a Senior Sitecore consultant/architect to lead the new implementation of an enterprise wide, customized Sitecore applications,

The resource needs to have excellent communication skills and have strong client facing skills.
The resource must also have prior experience with enterprise wide Sitecore implementation and have experience with custom development solutions (building customized sites)

Technical Skills and Experience
Experience into designing and developing Sitecore based web application (Sitecore [6.5 and above] CMS/WCM preferably)
Experience in developing complex, high-availability, high-volume, n-tier applications
Expert in ASP.Net Web application design and coding
Understands the use of CMS and use of page/data template, content types, Work flow, content authoring and approval process.
Has worked on any CMS tool in past like SharePoint,, Kentico, Umbraco, Site infinity etc.

Hands on experience building & designing Sitecore templates components and HTML integration.

Good understanding of Sitecore configurations for Indexing, Caching, SitecoreSearch API & Sitecore queries

Proficient in core .Net constructs like MVC, Web API, Webservices, and Dependency Injection & LINQ using C #

Fair knowledge and hands on experience of HTML, CSS, JavaScript Packages, JSON, XML

Command of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance and optimization techniques.

Experience in building websites for multiple form factors – desktop, tablets and smartphones.

Proven soft skills to both develop software and communicate with development teams, project managers, and quality assurance teams.
