Role: Sr. Java Developer
Location: Englewood, CO
Duration: 6-12 months C2H
Client: Financial
Job Description:
Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic
Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements documentation
5+ years' experience with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation
Technical lead experience preferred
5+ years' experience with Java and JSP
Crystal Reporting experience or similar tool
3+ years' experience working in a Unix environment
1+ year experience with Spring (Core and Web)
Experience developing JavaScript for a Production-level application
Experience with development, deployment, and support of large-scale distributed applications in a mission-critical production environment
Test-infected attitude (strong desire to perform thorough and exhaustive unit, integration and system testing)
Desired Skills:
3+ years' experience with a JEE/EJB Application Server
3+ years' experience working with Web Services (preferably using WebLogic or Apache Axis)
Exposure to Open Source technologies (Apache Ant, jQuery, JUnit, Log4J, Apache Maven)
Exposure to ATDD (Selenium/Cucumber), UFT, LISA, ALM, JIRA
Strong experience in AGILE is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of DB2 Experience creating SoapUI Test Cases using Groovy
