Position: PKI Architect
Location: Santa Clara, CA
12 months Contract

Skills Requirement:
The county is seeking a PKI Design Architect with experience in designing and implementing a PKI infrastructure based primarily upon Microsoft CA software components. The qualified applicant will for the duration of the project become part of the support team that will design and roll out the Certification Authorities (CA) and Hardware Security Modules (HSM) of an industry PKI and Key Management operation. As a PKI and CA specialist, the candidate is expected to play an integral role in the design, implementation and subsequent administration of the enterprise and commercial/publicly trusted PKI components and services for one of the largest county networks in the U.S.
2. Experience Requirement:
· Hands-on familiarity with and working knowledge of Active Directory and its integration with Microsoft PKI, Certificate Services and related components
· Experience with certificate-enabled applications, such as SSL/TLS, S/MIME, authentication, EFS, 802.1X, Code Signing, etc.
· In-depth knowledge and understanding of PKI and cryptographic concepts, including symmetric and asymmetric cryptography, secure hash, digital signatures, CRL's, CDP, AIA, OCSP, Key Escrow and more
· Demonstrated strong technical writing skills acquired in a large enterprise IT consulting, administration, or support environment
· In-depth knowledge of PKI elements such as X.509 certificates, CA Hierarchy, Trust Models and relationships, Federal and Cross Certification, etc.
· We're looking for individuals with enterprise-level technical and consulting skills who will thrive in roles with high levels of visibility. The individual must be flexible and willing to work in ambiguous situation.
· Have an extensive background in PKI and CA Technologies and concepts including, public and private keys, symmetric and asymmetric encryption and keys, SHA1, SHA2, HSMs, system engineering, application deployment, Windows and Linux OSes.
· Exhibit technical proficiency in performing technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.

Title: Sr. Java Application Engineer
Location: NEW YORK CITY, NY

Job holder must have extensive knowledge of company's total computing environment, including all key IT functions, interdependencies and business impact of future IT plans. S/he must have prior lead experience selecting and implementing vendor-specific methodologies and prior consulting experience with structured methodologies.
Extensive experience with developing and supporting distributed applications required. Job holder must have broad experience with multi-platform development tools and toolkits. Required Experience: Market Risk, Java, AngularJS, NodeJS, MEAN framework, Unix shell, SQL.
Previous experience on BXP, NEXEN, Hadoop is a big plus . Minimum 6-9 years relevant work experience required.

Required : Murex Market Risk System expertise ,Strong understanding of Market Risk concepts & computations (VaR/sVaR etc).
Working Knowledge of financial trading instruments – pricing, evaluation, etc,
Experienced to Risk quants. Needs BA/Systems Analyst (Murex RISK modules required), configure the application, familiar with risk terminology, worked in support of market risk application (ideally Murex), Murex Risk System Expertise
