3. Very Good in Test Strategy and Test plan creation.
4. Must have worked on Automation Framework.
5. Very Good Test process Knowledge.
6. Very Good knowledge in Test Management tools like UFT, QC, etc
7. Must have worked on Agile projects.
8. Jira Expertise is a plus
