PeopleSoft Financials Consultant

Position:- PeopleSoft Financials Consultant

Location:- Brea,  CA
Duration:-6+ Months

 

NOTE:-
We had a candidate interview for this position and the feedback was looking for a PeopleSoft Financials Functional Analyst with 80% Functional Experience and 20% Technical Experience. Seeking an 8 year plus person to fill this role.

Specific Peoplesoft Financials experience should be:
• Configuration and setup relating to Business Units, SETID's , COA etc.
• nVision Reporting
• Tree Manager and HFM Mapping

Job Description:

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of applications in the PeopleSoft 8.3 or higher environment.
Candidate should have extensive knowledge of PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Oracle (SQL/PL/SQL) query, Process Scheduler, Unix navigation and scripting. Experience also desirable but not required in Component interface, Application Messaging, Integration Broker, Business Interlinks, HTML, XML, Javascript and Autosys.
Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills, good project management skills and should be able to work efficiently individually or in a team environment.

 

EXPERIENCE:

· A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training, is required.

· Four to six years of experience in business application design, development, integration, installation, and modification in an online environment.

· Knowledge of project management techniques is required (Cross-functional experience is highly desirable)

· Experience required and certification desired in one or more of the following disciplines:

PS Financials

SQL / SQR

PeopleTools

Query Tool

Crystal Reports

eGate or other middleware
