• Looking for Project Lead /Manager with Good IT experience
• Good knowledge of MW implementation projects
• Good knowledge of IBM MW product suite (WMB, MQ, WSRR, DataPower, CastIron)
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholder groups – IT infrastructure, business and end customer, vendors, offshore teams
• Good knowledge on project related processes (configuration management, build and deployment) and applying these for project quality
• Ability to manage middleware scope and dependencies, managing issues
• Manage multiple projects – 3+ implementation projects and maintenance work too
• Projects planning, project management, in a Global delivery model
