Responsibilities include providing technical expertise in understanding customer business issues, being conversant in the customer's business language, consulting with higher level technical staff to resolve complex problems, and composing technical documentation.
· Developers must have the ability to provide guidance, peer mentoring and knowledge transfer for State staff, have a full understanding of testing processes & procedures, and be willing to work within the agency's configuration management process.

PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK
These positions are responsible for developing, converting, re-engineering and enhancing new and existing WSDOT ASP and C# .Net and applications.
Duties will primarily consist of Developing and providing business user Support for multiple applications. Use established work procedures and innovative approaches to complete assignments and coordinate projects, such as conducting needs assessments, leading projects; supporting, maintaining and enhancing existing applications. The majority of assignments and projects are moderate in size and impact an agency division or large workgroup or single business function; or internal or satellite operations, multiple users, or more than one group.
