Position: Security Architect

Number Positions: 1

Location: Washington DC

Start Date - End Date: 8/19/2013 - 9/30/2013

Security architect responsible for ensuring the District's Health Benefit Exchange security resources are delivered timely to the project team and aligned with MITA security.

Required Skills:

10+ yrs of experience in Networking and Network Operations.

10+ yrs of experience in Information Security best practices.

Expert in OSI model and TCP/IP stack

Expert in Network Routing, Switching, and Security Design

Should have good experience in Firewall technologies  Check Point, Cisco ASA, Juniper

Should be expert in Troubleshooting  Analysis tools -Ethereal, LANguard, port  System Scanner

Proficient in Virtual Private Networking (VPNs)  Cisco, Juniper

Must have worked on tools  methods used by hacker community to compromise target system

Expert in IT Security Specific Certifications CISSP or CISM or 5 years of relevant experience

Good experience in ISA Enterprise Server

Must be hands on in User Authentication such as LDAP, Radius

Knowledge of IDS/IPS and DLP

Experience in setting IT security standards

Expert in establishing IT security policies for health institutions

Expert in providing security policy guidance/publication in large enterprises

Exp with security governance, policies, procedures  guidelines as referenced by HIPAA, NIST special Publications  IRS Pub. 1075

Front-end Web applications and Oracle Security

Bachelors Degree Required
