Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:-
Must have:
• 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce application
• Must have worked on design and as an Technical Lead for 2+ yrs on ecommerce applications of medium to large size.
• Ecommerce Dynamo Framework, Ecommerce Servlet Beans, Ecommerce Repositories, FormHandlers, Extending Ecommerce Profile and Profile Management, Dynamo Messaging System, Transaction Management, Basic knowledge of Ecommerce Scenarios & Personalization Framework.
• Ecommerce Catalog Organization, Navigation & Search, Pricing & Promotions, Shopping Cart, Purchase Process & and Order Processing pipeline
• Java, J2EE (Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JMS, Transactions), Web Services, XML/XSLT, Java script
• Technical team management experience including offshore team members
• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proven problem solving skills
Roles and responsibility :-
• Interacting with customer and focus on discovering customer needs and finding out how to best meet them.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, execute them by complying to processes and towards timely completion. Follow all the customer processes.
• Provide timely status reporting to the customer.
• Work with offshore team on day to day basis
• Proactive and should be able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Client / Vendor interaction, responding to their requests in a timely and appropriate manner
• Status and metrics reporting
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:-
Good to have:
Retail domain knowledge, Project lead/management experience is plus
