Responsibilities:

Project Description: (What project will the NPW be working on?) Define robust API, Framework and platform capabilities as part of 2014 API initiatives. Enable a consistent platform for new product development and application services. Provide target state solution implementation across ACSI providing platform solutions for throttling at Exposure and Integration layers to enable a consistent framework. Job Description: (What will the NPW do on that project?  PLEASE NOTE: NPWs will work remote but must be willing and available to report in to Client office on demand only. Client does NOT expect to do that except when there is an urgent problem that requires gathering the team together. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Collaborates with developers and clients to develop precise business logic. - Develop new complex computer applications and enhance existing systems according to assigned project requests, in accordance with established departmental standards and guidelines. - Responsible for researching, analyzing, coding, and testing all changes, drawing on user and technical resources to successfully complete the request. - Identify, recommend, and/or develop code modifications or applications to support the business requirements. - Knowledge share with other developers and my at times represent team on large scale projects. *****   CLIENT ADD ***** Perform API development of platform and application services needed to support the iPaaS 3 year roadmap. – 1-3 years of Apache Cassandra administration and development experience. Possess strong and in-depth UNIX and core Java developer skills Expert/senior-level developer with strong, in depth UNIX and core Java developer skills and algorithm background. – Should have solid Java/object-oriented programming experience.  Needs to be able to work independently and is self-motivated. Should have extensively worked on distributed systems.
