1. C# proven and demonstrated experience including Multithreading.
2. Sound understanding of Object Orientated Concepts
3. Experience working on Enterprise-scale solutions
4. Experience and demonstrated enterprise knowledge of WCF and \ or WPF
5. Familiarity with Regulations that apply to a US Broker / Dealer and how they relate to submissions to the SEC and FED (Dodd-Frank experience a huge plus)
6. Business Intelligence / OLAP
7. MQ / Tibco EMS messaging
8. Scheduler (i.e., Autosys)
9. Source code control tool (i.e. Perforce)
