Job Description

 

We have multiple positions for Micro strategy Developers and Micro strategy with SDK Developers.

 

Required Skills:

 

Hands-on experience with the following Micro Strategy 8 & 9i components: Architect, Desktop, Schema Objects, Micro Strategy Administrator, OLAP Services, BI Developer Kit, Intelligence Server, Object Manager, Narrowcast Server, Report Services, Mobile and Web.

Proficiency with Micro Strategy 9i - Dynamic Dashboard, Flash Widget design, Report development, Mobile Application development and project design: Facts, Attributes, Hierarchies, Aggregation, Portal Integration, etc.

Experience in configuring, governing, trouble shooting, tuning Intelligence Server, Web Server and Narrowcast Server.

Good understanding of relational structures, dimensional data modeling, Structured Query Language (SQL) skills, Data Warehouse and reporting techniques.

Micro Strategy Architect / Developer must have in-depth experience with client server applications and architectures.

Experience working with the full life cycle development process, which includes analysis, design, construction, and testing.

Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with senior business and technical IT management.

Strong Analytical and problem solving abilities.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

7+ years' Micro Strategy Experience.

5+ years' experience using SQL with a relational DBMS such as Oracle or MS SQL Server.

 

Preferred Skills:

Micro Strategy Certification.

Experience with the Web/ASP/HTML programming language.

Proficiency with the Windows Server is a MUST and working knowledge of Micro Strategy suite running on UNIX/LINUX operating systems.

General experience with business applications in the areas of supply chain management and production control.

 

Secondary skills:

Hands on Experience in INFORMATICA tools like Power Center, IDQ, and Metadata Manager

Ability to analyze existing ETL code in INFA, PL/SQL and shell script, and determine impacts and remediation
