Project Location	Phoenix, AZ
Duration	8 months /Contract

 
Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: Phone + F2F Job responsibilities: Write test cases and create automated test scripts to support the scrum team's development efforts. Leverage QTP and Salesforce.com test automation capabilities to achieve automation within a two week sprint. Monitor, track and report defects/risks relative to quality. Create and review required artifacts for SDLC compliance. Promote continuous improvement in Quality Assurance services by maintaining best practices and knowledge repositories. Implement tactical and strategic quality assurance leveraging virtualization and automation. Enforce policies and procedures for the Quality Assurance function. Collaborate across multiple, cross-functional teams to ensure QA principles are applied. Document non-compliance to policies, process and standards and assists in resolution. Monitor and communicate the progress of the quality scorecard.   Qualifications: Prior relevant industry experience within a quality assurance discipline, with proven experience of improving quality leveraging various techniques and tools. •3+ years experience in Quality Assurance functions with demonstrated experience in quality assurance. •2+ years of experience with test automation. •Agile scrum experience a strong plus. Knowledge of the SDLC and the key deliverables •Knowledge of how to create and implement a QA plan •Knowledge and experience in products like QTP, Quality Center, Rally and CA LISA •Detail oriented with a good eye for quality and continuous process improvement •Deep understanding of risk evaluation and testing methodologies •Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills Typically holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience)
