Mandatory Skills: 

​

Siebel Lead developer

Experience leading a team of developers  with their work in scripting and configuration of Siebel Tools,  Business Services,  Workflow, Open UI, Siebel EAI, EIM, Workflows and Siebel Web Templates

5 years of Knowledge and experience in HTML, JavaScript, - Knowledge in XML, Web Services SOAP and Oracle 11g/12c PL/SQL and should have a good understanding of the Oracle business applications

Desired Skills: 

​

Must have good overall understanding of Siebel CRM Architecture, the Data Model and Good Knowledge of Siebel Order Management

Additional Notes: Implementation experience required, (support experience only does not qualify )

• 10+ years of Siebel Development Experience & experience leading complex Global project
• Experience leading a team of developers  with their work in scripting and configuration of Siebel Tools,  Business Services,  Workflow, Open UI, Siebel EAI, EIM, Workflows and Siebel Web Templates
• 5 years of Knowledge and experience in HTML, JavaScript, - Knowledge in XML, Web Services SOAP and Oracle 11g/12c PL/SQL and should have a good understanding of the Oracle business applications
• Experience in delivering large number of quality RICEFW objects with consistency and on time
• Strong experience in working with converting business requirements into technical design documents  and experience working with global team
• Experience in analyzing application logs and performance fine tuning
• Must have good overall understanding of Siebel CRM Architecture, the Data Model and Good Knowledge of Siebel Order Management.
• Ability to work under an aggressive development timetable and manage multiple deliverables.
• Experience in documenting functional design documents, reviewing technical design documents and code
• Track record in managing people, providing guidance,
• Experience in building interfaces to third party systems
• Ability to generate weekly and daily status reports as needed
