Compunnel' s client, a Major Systems integrator, requires .Net Developer for a contract position of Contract to Hire/Full Time. The interviews will be telephonic and candidate can start immediately.

Profile Job Description/Requirement:
Most critical is:
Microsoft Senior Developer
Complex Programming experience of more than 5 years on Windows platform (C#, .NET).
Please exclude candidates who have experience in building simple web applications (client-server).
Has past experience in architecting highly complex server side applications.
Experience in designing work flow engines and windows workflow rules engine.
Have experience designing and developing applications that are advance multi-threaded, events based and high-performance memory sensitive real-time applications.
Extremely proficient in MS SQL Server 2008 - Transac-SQL etc.
Has proficiency in building applications that run as Windows Services, resilient error-prone applications.
Has high analytical aptitude and problem solving skills to apply solutions for complex problems.
Master's degree in Computer science would be a plus.
Experience in developing Services oriented applications with n-tier designs using WCF. Built inter-operable services.
Proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries is a plus.
