Responsibilities: • Review and analyze system requirements • Design and
develop system modules • Develop user screens and interfaces • Plan,
execute and document system testing Background and Skills: Environment:
SQL Server 2008; C#, ASP.Net, Silverlight, Entity Framework, Model View
Controller (MVC), Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), LINQ, Team
Foundation Server, Windows Workflow Foundation, WebParts, Workflow
Design, Reporting and implementation; Some knowledge of TFS • C# and
ASP.NET Development • Experience in developing Silverlight business
applications with Rich Internet Application (RIA) services for data
access • Experience in accessing ASP.Net WCF services from Silverlight
applications and implement AJAX script to handle Silverlight events and
manipulate Silverlight controls • Experienced in n-Tier architecture •
Designing Web Pages using Master Pages and WebPart Authoring • Skin and
Themes for the design of web pages • Strong communication,
interpersonal, and documentation skills • Must understand relational
databases and be able create data access layer using WCF web services •
GIS and Spatial experience is Plus • Involved in various phases of
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Analysis, Design,
Testing, Implementation and Maintenance. • Ability to structure
ambiguous business problems and recommend concrete technology solutions
• Ability to convince others of cutting edge ideas and proposed process
improvements, while combining this with great listening skills and
openness for different viewpoints
