Must Have Skills: Running Requirements gathering workshops, JAD sessions, Client stakeholder management, familiarity with sales teams and sales processes, specific knowledge of Incentive Compensation Management processes, experienced in interacting with sales teams, experienced in Requirements Management methodology, status reporting, SQL query skills to enable data analysis and profiling, creating Business Requirements document, creating systems requirements document, understanding system interfaces and creation of interface requirements documents,

 

Job Roles / Responsibilities:

• Create the following deliverables by interfacing with Cbeyond Business and IT teams through structured requirements gathering sessions:
• Compensation Matrix is a plus.
• Business Requirements Matrix.
• System Requirements Matrix.
• Reporting Requirements.
• Inbound / Outbound Interface Requirements.
• Training Documentation.
