We've Urgent requirement with one of our client for Business Analyst Job opening Location Kalamazoo, Michigan.

 

Position Title: Business Analyst

Duration:6 Months Contract

Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan

 

Note: Face to face is required, client will pay the expenses, if not Skype would do.

 

Description:

Follows company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs.

Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.

Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback.

Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency.

Participates in architecture, design and code reviews.

Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation.

Candidate would:

• Troubleshoot and assist in resolution of operational issues for PRMS and other business application systems.

• Support and maintain existing custom applications and reports.

• Create/Modify RPG programs.

• Create system documentation where applicable adhering to IT Quality standards.

• Gather requirements, create design specifications, and develop application code for system enhancements, interfaces and reports.

• Create and modify SalesPulse reports.

• Update territory realignments.

• Performs other related duties as needed.

• Update supplemental tables in PRMS and on SalesPulse tables which users may not have access to. Support business changes such as:

• Rep adds/changes/terminations

• Regional Manager adds/changes/terminations

• Product/item releases and retirements

• Item structure changes or creations (major code, product group)

• Changes to account ownership

• Changes to sales structure

• Order Moves

• New or changed business processes (rental, shared products, warranty billing)

• New product or company acquisitions

• Regulatory support
