Position: Sr. OBIEE Developer

Job Description:
• Involved in all phases of the design and development, from initiation through User Acceptance testing.
• Design for configuration of the OBIEE Suite of products
• Customization of any OBIEE requirements
• Define and Develop User OBIEE lifecycle Processes
• Build all Approval Workflows.
• Design for configuration of the OBIEE Product
• Configuration and integrations of Data sources and providers.
Other Tasks:
• Provide input to project plan development
• Participate in requirements determination and validation
• Provide input to project estimates
• Provide input to the Test Strategy
• Execute assigned tasks as per project schedule
• Report on task status
• Communicating any issues, concerns, or problems to the project manager
• Following business and technical plans
• Evaluating the quality of deliverables by verifying them against existing standards, regulations, and procedures
• Evaluating the feasibility of the change request as directed by the project manager and providing an impact assessment, a proposed solution, and an estimate of the effort required to complete the change request
• Provide measures as per project measurement plan
• Performs assignments following Applications Delivery, division and solution center policies and practices
• Agrees to and meets delivery commitments under the direction of a team leader, project manager, or client manager

Job Description:
• Lead the overall technical architecture, technical and functional analysis capabilities around scaling large Business Intelligence and Data warehouse
• Ensure all the TechDemocracy deliverables are in line with the agreed technical expectations
• Involved in all phases of Knowledge Acquisition, Design and Development
• Advise on enabling technologies that produce quantitative and qualitative business benefits
• Establish process/workflow knowledge surrounding high-integrity/trust/assurance credentialing systems as well as physical security processes and systems
• Own the general design corresponding to the track
• Approve / validate design changes
• Review design & build phase deliverables
• Responsible for adopting best practices.
• Plan and establish complex POC, Dev., QA and PROD with OBIEE to suit client's infrastructure
• Design, plan, discuss roadmap for implementation of services
• Ensure each resource is aligned to meet the expected deliverables
• Ensure all the TechDemocracy deliverables are in line with the agreed technical expectations

Job Description:
· Strong background in Data Warehouse design and architecture.
· Strong modeling/architecture (normalized and multi-dimensional) experience with DBMS/RDMS
· Experience with database design, modeling, documenting, and extracting data requirements from Business/Functional requirements
· Experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence area
· Experience as a Data Warehouse Architecture Data Modeler and Designer
· Experience with Power Designer, Design Studio or similar tools
· Extensive knowledge of/experience with data integration, data quality, multi-dimensional design and ETL tools, processes and methodology
· Experience with databases/systems used to develop data mapping and design of the ETL strategy
