Role: Performance Tester

Duration: 3-4 Months

Location: Libertyville, IL

Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills: LR Scripting & ERP Testing (Order Management, Inventory, Invoice, Purchase Order)

Enter the Primary Skillset required here. Ex :
1. Performance Testing with HP Load Runner Scripting & Execution using Oracle protocol
2.In-depth knowledge and experience in Performance Testing Methodologies and Best Practices
3. Leadership skills - Able to lead this effort from start to finish (Requirement gathering till project closure) - be able to lead/manage multiple teams/projects
4 Plan, design and document various performance tests as well as other non functional requirements
5 Analyze and provide Performance test report with remediation and recommendations.
6 Team Builder - Capable of mentoring new resources to meet the requirements. Able to perform well in the Onshore-offshore model.
7.Must have exceptional ability in analyzing and summarizing test results for performance bottlenecks
8.Oracle Apps Functional Testing (Order Management, Inventory, Invoice, Purchase Order) .Functional testing & Regression Testing
9.Excellent communication (oral and written) and customer service skills

 

Desired Technical/Functional Skills:

1. Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
2. Ability to interact with functional team and architecture team at all levels.

4. Good understanding of Motorola Mobility Business                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
5. Knowledge on Webservices and webmethods is desirable
