·         Experience with performance monitoring activities

·         Ability to recommend and use monitoring tools for multiple platforms

·         Experience with tuning Mainframe DB2 database and queries

·         Experience with JAVA applications and Web sphere server apps

·         Experience with server performance monitoring tools and memory leak tools

·         Experience with Mainframe CPU tuning

·         Experience with Hibernate technology, monitoring, tuning
