Experience and Skills:

·         10+ Years of Exp in Testing.

·         6+ years of experience testing using agile methods

·         Good understanding of agile software development lifecycle.

·         3+ years of experience leading teams

·         Ability to analyze requirements, mapping documents and data to identify test cases and test scripts

·         Ability to prioritize and multitask

·         Ability to work with minimal guidance, prepare and provide status updates

·         Previous knowledge of Sales and Performance (ie: Goals and Commissions) Applications.

·         2+ years of experience testing user-provisioned systems

·         Proficient in manual testing of GUI, Client Server and Web applications

·         Strong problem assessment and resolution skills

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
