 Participates as a member of development team
• Completes development of applications and systems with designs prepared by more senior developers
• Participates in code reviews. Prepares and executes application tests.
• Applies growing technical knowledge to maintain a technology area (e.g. Web-site Development).
• May perform application and system design
• Applies HP and 3rd party technologies to software solutions of moderate complexity
• Configures end-user systems designed by more senior technologists
• Performs work assigned by others
• Provides time / resource estimates for assigned tasks
• Accountable for own work

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 4 years of related experience or a Master's degree and up to two years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Typically 4 or more years proven experience writing code using languages such as (and not limited to) .NET, Java, C, C++, C#, VB.Net
• High level understanding of RDBMS databases such as SQL Server and Database Administration
• Experience with modern software design and development methodologies, and modern SCM (software configuration management)
• Experience with testing tools and unit test scripting, and testing Methodologies
• Experience using an Integrated Development Environment (e.g., MS Visual Studio)
• Experience with 3rd party technologies (e.g., EXT.NET)
• Experience developing business intelligence dashboards and reporting using SAP Crystal Reports, SQL Reporting, or other 3rd party solutions
• Previous experience within supply chain organizations such as procurement, planning, forecasting, finance or inventory management a plus
• Understanding of quality and security standards
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
