Role : Business Analyst

Location: Philadelphia, or Charlotte.

Duration: 2 Years

 

Looking for someone with 5+ years

 

 

Key Role:

1.       Act as liaison between the business and technical teams to drive development of scope, and business requirements to meet the strategic goals of the project.

2.       Translate business needs into clear and concise business requirements, functional specification design, and data mapping requirements.

3.       Track and manage the workstream project plan and tasks

4.       Be proactive in identifying issues and working toward resolution. Escalate a needed.

Key Skills:

1.       Demonstrated working knowledge of the project management process including change control process

2.       Familiar with Enterprise Release management process

3.       Experience with business requirement, functional design writing

4.       Ability to effectively communicate utilizing written and verbal communication skills

5.       Logical, organized, and detail-oriented

6.       Proficient interpersonal skills that help build successful project team and partnerships with business and technical groups

7.       Ability to think strategically and manage change, self-driven for finding solutions to issues

8.       Self-starter who is excited about working in a fast paced, development environment

9.       High comfort level with technical and operational aspects of applications
