Role : SAP CRM Functional Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 3+ Months

This is a SAP CRM functional resource working on the below project.

 

-          This consultant will be responsible for customizing the ELM (electronic List Management) portion of the SAP CRM module.

o   Customizing email campaigns

o   Customizing lead generation

o   Changing and customizing screens

o   Integrating data into the CRM

-          This candidate will work closely with a BA who is taking functional specs from the users and he/she will have to convert into technical specs and develop, customize, and integrate the appropriate solution.

-          Required skills:

o   SAP ABAP development experience

o   SAP CRM module expertise – this includes the ability to understand the business and marketing concepts

o   SAP ELM – Electronic List Management (they are running on SAP CRM 7.0, service pack 2).
