· Modern javascript application frameworks/libraries, especially Backbone.js, jQuery, and Handlebars.js, ExtJs. Solid experience on how to build an entire MVC-type application using these technologies.

· CSS, especially being able to take a complex, rich UI design and implement it in the application.

· Spring MVC, as this person may also end up writing server-side code to construct and return JSON data to the client.
A strong plus…
· Mobile app development (iOS and/or Android), as the new CP will eventually run on a mobile platform, most likely as a hybrid native+web app.
· UI/graphic design. Our Vision prototype is much more graphically rich than anything we currently have.
