Job Title: SAP BI Lead Consultant

Work Location: Providence, Rhode Island

Duration: 12+ Months

 

Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 8+

Technical/Functional Skills :

• Sound understanding of BusinessObjects XI 3.0:

o Web Intelligence

o Crystal Reports

o Xcelsius

o Infoview Designer

 

·         Architecting BO environments; designing reports, including advanced features such as combining data from various sources, creating Visual Basic macros; setting up BusinessObjects Universe.

·         data modeling experience and familiarity with Informatica and SAP BW is desirable

·         Experience Required • At least 3 E2E Implementations and experience in handling Production Support

·         Excellent analysis and design, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills

·         Should have good cross module knowledge and familiarity with SAP function areas

·         Should be able to work with functional teams to understand and build reports and develop Specifications

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Communicate effectively with end users in a multinational environment

·         Work with functional teams in building solution and delivering technical coding

·         Adherence to client coding standards

·         Work with Offshore/Near shore teams in resolving issues

·         Handover/Takeover of incidents/Change Requests

·         Good team player and willing to stretch to achieve goals

·         Should be open for international travel
