Client has requested to update the existing Store experience to address dealer concerns with regard to erosion of opportunity and revenue by the website to dealer books.
Market Title: Business Analyst
Role & Skills Summary:
- Gathering and documentation of requirements and functional specifications
-experience with Retail/eCommerce preferred; WebSphere Commerce in particular
-client-facing: workshop & interview facilitation or support thereof for requirements gathering
Main duties and responsibilities:
· work with Lead BA and IA team on
o Requirements Gathering & Functional Specifications Documentation
§ Including participation in two (2) fusion workshops to facilitate requirements gathering and alignment with technology partners
· Contribute to creation of the following work products:
o Scope Matrix - Organizes requirements into a feature list to be addressed by the solution
o Functional Specifications Documents - Detailed annotations that describe the behavior (i.e., triggers and system response) of the functional and interactive elements of the solution. It will also include error handling specifications and validations. Functional specifications may be included in the wireframe documents or be created as separate documents that cross-reference wireframes.
