Position: Oracle EBS Business Analyst
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: $60/hr on C2C
Skills:
o Requirement for an Oracle EBS Business Analyst
o Experience with O2C process and Oracle CRM
o Modules – Service Contracts, Install Base, OM, AR
o Experience in Business Requirement Gathering, Gap analysis
o Experience in working with other vendors
JD: Business Analyst with an understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) application – Order Management, Service Contract, Install Base for immediate deployment.
Competencies
• Minimum of 5 years of recent IT Business Analyst experience
• Must have experience with requirements gathering, documentation (business requirement, functional specification, as-is process, to-be process, gap analysis, user / training documentation etc.), hands-on detailed systems, data modeling, development, conducting end user training and implementation.
• Must have experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) application – Order Management, Service Contract, Install Base
• Must have an in-depth understanding of business requirements and the underlying business processes
• Exceptional communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users
• Attention to detail, strong listening skills, and good verbal and written communications are required
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within established time lines.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new and changing technologies, applications and solutions.
