10 – 12 years of experience in leading Testing and Test Automation engagements Strong customer facing skills at Director / CXO level Solid experience in working with Offshore-Onsite Model as an Engagement Manager Good breadth of technology knowledge like Java, Test Automation, Mobility, etc Experience working with atleast couple of US based multi-national banking customers Good leadership abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills Good understanding of Agile (Scrum and TDD) must to have Past experience / contribution to Testing CoE is good to have Experience in Testing Practice Leadership is good to have Past experience in Testing efficiency improvements, ROI analysis will be added advantage PM skills are must to have
Technical Skillset Mix:
- Selenium/Java & Selenium Automation Tool; CA LISA (LISA is an automated UI testing tool –LISA is ideal, but not likely to find)
- Angular JS
- Jasmine (Javascript testing tool) If they don't have Jasmine JS Unit is
- Java/Spring v. 3.2.4
- DB2
- Eyechart
- APIWare
