· Expert skills- Oracle PL-SQL development and relational databases (rates themselves 8+ out of 10)
· Very strong skills- object oriented technologies and MVC frameworks
· Very strong skills - Java-based web technologies including JSF, Hibernate, Spring, AJAX, Apache Tomcat, Ant, Maven (rates themselves 6+ out of 10)
· Good skills- Linux and related scripting languages (i.e. PERL, Python)
· Some experience with PowerBuilder, SQL Server, C# and ASP.NET is beneficial
· Experience supporting business critical applications
Plus skills:
· Insurance or financial services experience (supporting business critical applications)

Personal:
· Problem-solver, logical thinker, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION (written and verbal), independent worker
